We Are Here For You

Apr 29, 2020

Dear Valued Valley United Co-op Customer:

In this time of uncertainty, we want to assure you that your Valley United Co-op team will always prioritize the health and safety of our employees, owners, customers, suppliers and communities. At the same time, we recognize that what we do is vital to our nation’s food supply, as well as to the daily lives of other customers we serve. We are committed to being here for you and doing it safely.

We remain in operation and ready to serve you. Here’s what you can expect:
  • While our business is operating, many members of our team are working remotely and keeping Valley United Co-op operating smoothly. Access to our offices is limited at this time.
  • Customers can mail payments to 322 - 4th Ave Reynolds, ND 58275
  • Our locations remain open and staffed to serve you. To protect our customers and our employees, we are striving to maintain recommended social distancing as much as possible. We ask that you call ahead and we will prepare your order for pick up or delivery.
  • We will continue to deliver critical products to customers, minimizing contact between you and our team.
  • We’re all taking steps to stay healthy and keep you healthy. Employees have been asked to stay home if they are sick. We ask that you do the same. If you are unable to visit our facilities, let us know and we’ll do our best to assist you.

As the situation evolves, we may need to adjust our approach, but we won’t adjust our commitment to meeting your needs. We appreciate the support we receive from our customers and the community and will continue to work to maintain that trust and remain a vital part of the local economy. Thank you for your business. Stay safe!

Sincerely,

Paul Coppin, CEO
